CURIOSITY IN MOTION: What’s Holding You Back?

What becomes possible when you feel ready to move forward?
Maybe there’s something you want to share, begin, ask for, or change. As you imagine taking that step, what do you notice in your body? Excitement? Energy? A flutter in your chest—or perhaps a tightening, heaviness, or urge to pull back?
Our bodies often recognize both possibility and risk before our minds have found the words.
In this experiential workshop, we’ll use movement, reflection, and connection to explore what holding back feels like—and what shifts when you allow yourself to move toward something you want. With curiosity and without pressure, we’ll listen to the parts of you that hesitate while making room for courage, desire, and forward movement.
You don’t have to feel completely confident or fearless. Come as you are and discover what becomes possible when you take one small step toward being more fully seen.

“Arezou is a skilled therapist who leads with moment-to-moment attunement, safety and creativity. Participating in her group left me feeling connected, with a deeper understanding of myself."
~ Stephanie Baldwin, LCSW-S, CGP
“It’s hard to describe what Arezou does…it’s like she gently reaches inside me and pulls out the bits I’m blind to, exposing the fears that’ve been holding me back. She knows exactly what I need without telling me so, allowing me to discover for myself.
Working with Arezou in a group setting is being privileged to watch a master. You think she’s going one way, and the ease with which she pivots to meet the individual needs of each participant is truly mind-blowing. She’s focused, in tune, and compassionate, allowing us to be seen and understood in ways we may never have been before. Try her somatic group work. It’s the only way to truly understand. And you’ll never quite be the same...you’ll be better for it!”
